Looking forward to your findings Anthony! π
Hey Anthony,
Please tell me, right now, you have your W3 Total Cache activated. The reason why I say this is because, right now, I was able to reproduce your bug using Mac Firefox 35.0!
Okay, just now I was also able to reproduce your original issue (i.e., seeing a page that simply states “Are Fast Cash Advance Loans Good Solutions to Bad Problems? fast cash advance loans”) using Mac Firefox 35.0 following only one step:
1. Using Mac Firefox, go to http://anthonypeyper.com/
Hope this helps!

Hi Randy!
Yes, W3TC is currently activated. i will leave it active now until the issue is resolved or until i update this post!
π
Oh my, talk about the madness! Here are my most current findings. Although, where before it was fairly easy to reproduce the issue, now it is nearly impossible!
== bug report below ==
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.anthonypeyper.com/
2. Delete http://www. portion of URL
3. Hit Enter key
–> bug
Expected page to resolve to http://www.anthonypeyper.com/.
Instead, page remained at http://anthonypeyper.com/, displayed an all white page, and the only text on the page stated, “Are Fast Cash Advance Loans Good Solutions to Bad Problems? fast cash advance loans”. Where “fast cash advance loans” was a link pointing to http://tinyurl.com/t0inpay.
Reproducible? Intermittently
Occurs:
Mac Firefox 35.0 (see NOTES below)
Win IE 11 (very intermittent)
Doesn’t occur:
Mac Chrome 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit)
Mac Safari 8.0.2
Win Chrome 39.0.2171.99 m
Win Firefox 35.0
NOTES: Performed a sanity check using a different machine running OS X and Firefox 35.0. Was NOT able to reproduce issue.
== end ==
Hope this helps!
One last comment for the evening Andrew, I Googled for W3 Total Cache and PHP Injection and came up with this dated but apropos WordPress support thread. Especially the comments by the plugin’s author Frederick Townes:

I just uninstalled and deleted W3 Total Cache.
Tested it and the issue is gone as expected.
I then installed in from within my wordpress admin panel to ensure that its a completely fresh installation and activated it.
Tested the site and the same issue is back again with my url display a page with the following text:
Are Fast Cash Advance Loans Good Solutions to Bad Problems? fast cash advance loans
So strange!!! Anybody have any ideas?
I cannot currently reproduce the issue using Mac Chrome 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit), Mac Firefox 35.0, Windows Chrome 39.0.2171.99 m, Windows Firefox 35.0, nor Windows IE 11 with the following steps:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.anthonypeyper.com/
2. Delete http://www. portion of URL
3. Hit Enter key
–> no bug!
Expected http://anthonypeyper.com to resolve back to http://www.anthonypeyper.com which it did.
As for completely uninstalling W3 Total Cache then installing it again. I Googled around, being that a lot of times simply deleting/reinstalling a plugin fails to wipe out all of its remnants, and found this step by step method of completely removing both the plugin and any lingering associated data it might have:

Followed those instruction and reinstalled. Same issues occurred though. I’ve now uninstalled again and replaced with WP Super Cache. So far so good. Caching great and CDN working fine too.
Sorry to hear about W3 Total Cache. Thrilled to hear though that you found a replacement. I tested — see findings below — and could NOT reproduce the issue. Talk about SUPER!
Steps taken:
1. Go to http://www.anthonypeyper.com/
2. Delete http://www.
3. Hit Enter key
Expected http://www.anthonypeyper.com/ to resolve to http://anthonypeyper.com/. Which it did!
Tested with the following browsers:
– Mac Firefox 35.0
– Mac Chrome 40.0.2214.91 (64-bit)
– Mac Safari 8.0.3
– Win IE 11
– Win Firefox 35.0
– Win Chrome 40.0.2214.91 m
P.S., If you haven’t already done so, I would report your findings over at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache. Moreover, if you’re done with this thread then please do be sure to mark this thread “resolved” using the dropdown in the sidebar. π
