Moving WordPress theme and all files

I initially installed wordpress and woocommerce on my main domain here:
bazaar.city
Then I decided to install another cms osclass. However as both the cms has some files that may conflict so I created a sub folder called extensions and moved all my existing wordpress files to it.
Now when I go to bazaar.city/extensions/
I see it is not working properly (Missing pages etc)
So my question is what file do I need to modify to tell that I have everything under the extensions folder??
