Yes that works on every WordPress install.
As it said
A) Download an FTP client
B) Extract your theme.
C) Upload to “wp-content/themes/”
(I’m not sure what you mean by “I cant find any folders”)
Hi, apologies for my ignorance! I’ve looked in my file manager and I’ve managed to upload the zip folder to “wp-content/themes/” I can see it in there. However, I guess it needs “unzipping” or something? How do I go about this?
Unzip those themes on your computer.
Use a FTP client to uplload the files in the proper location.

Yahoo does not have the ability to extract/uncompress a zip file in their File Manager.
