It looks like a JS conflict
Try to activate and deactivate some plugins, also switching to one of the WP default themes and try it out may help,

I switched to the Twenty Fifteen theme and now its working. How can i disable the javascript on my current theme. I’m using https://wordpress.org/themes/kabbo
I’d recommend you getting in touch with the theme developer.
Although, I haven’t checked your theme i can assure you that there should be some kind of JS error. Once the JS error comes up the whole JS stop working, this affects UU as well.
If you wish please send me the url of your website and i might do a quick research in order to find out what’s going on. I cannot assure you will be able to find out what’s going on. But.. i will try my best.
Please switch back to your theme and i will see what i can do
