Need help

    hello all,i am helping out my aunt and uncle,never ran into these issues before.they had hired a guy before me but he locked them out the site and took the money.got the site back,i am trying to lend a helping hand

    the website is

    the issues are this.For me on my computer the drop down menu is working fine,they are saying on there computers the drop down menu is not working and they sent me a pic to confirm

    also its no longer mobile friendly. The theme is Cesare ,its suppose to be responsive

    i updated word press to 4.1 and since then problems have been happening

    any advice is much needed and thank you in advance

    It works fine for me, my best guess is that the problem is with THEIR browser, not the website.

    Also, as for losing mobile responsiveness, you should check your Theme’s stylesheet – if you or the other person made modifications and the theme was updated, that could overwrite the mods….you should always make modifications in a Child Theme to avoid that.

    If the Theme itself claims to be responsive, post in the Theme Developers support – they will need to fix what might be wrong with their theme.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    i found out that for me atleast the drop down menu works in ever browser but chrome and i found out the theme is outdated and the new theme is suppose to fix these common bugs for this theme but i the support wont help me since i did not purchase the product

    If you don’t want to loose all the work done (it is a cool site), paying for a license might be the way to go.
