Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks for the answer –
This is a problem with tow different wordpress themes. Will the reset effect both of the themes?
I think I will have someone else do it for me. Don’t want to mess up the page. I am so much a newbie with computer stuff. I do not know how to reset plugins – if I re-activate a plugin I had been using will it automatically reinstate whatever it was associated with?

When I opened the program this morning it is fixed! Must have been a bug.
Thanks for your attention.
Excellent, I’m glad it’s fixed now. 🙂

Actually, I was able to open the site but can’t get it to do anything much. I have not been able to open the documentation/manual (I have looked through everything several times with repeat downloads) I am ready to make a complaint and demand a refund! But what I really want is to get the manual.
I have written the author several times with no response. And the response I get from envato is to unzip the file and find the downloads folder / index file. None exists!
Also, a plug in Slowave Extras will not allow a download- forbidden site. I do not want to override the forbidden message as it is usually for a good reason.
Can you help me find the documentation and Slowave Extras required download or else help me with returning the theme so I can find one I can use.
Thanks in advance-
Pam
