Synchronization error

    Hello,

    I’m having troubles synchronizing my PDF files since December the 9th 2014. Te plugin synchronization worked properly until early December but now I have to rename my PDF file several times and download it again for the synchronization to work. However it seems completely random. Sometimes all it takes is to remove a character to the file name, other times it does not work at the first go…

    I’m having the same issue here.

    I’m in a big trouble, cuz i have a big product developed by using WordPress as the base and i have an important feature of my product attached to this synchronization.

    I’m in trouble with my 50+ customers … i dont know what to do!

    Hello,

    I’m sorry about that. I’m gonna find a moment to have a complete look at the plugin. We are now two people to work on this so I’ll ask to the other developer if he has an idea.

    If you find a precise scenario and not a “random” one, it could help me to find the solution.

    Hello,

    I’ve just try again the plugin with a fresh WP install and everything looks good.

    Do you know that when you edit a media, you have an information about the sync stat with Issuu ? (For example “This PDF is already synchronised on Issuu”)

    Now, with WordPress 4.2.2 version is everything working.
