Lost Password reset not working

    Hello,

    After installing a plugin named “custom login” I tried out the lost password link.

    However, I have actually forgotten the new password and the forgot password link simply generates a code which sends me to the same page.

    Each time I request a new password, I get an email with an URL which sends me to the request new password page. It doesn’t take me to the page to create a new password.

    Please can you help. I cannot login, nor turn the plugin off.

    I’ve done a few tests and haven’t been able to replicate this issue. They URL you receive should return you to something like wp-login.php?action=rp.
