first login erorr! :Warning: Cannot modify header

Hi my url is : http://www.madarshahi.com/wordpress/wp_login.php
user:admin pass:4b6c6b
After all instalation down I log in to page for first time & see it.but when I submit
the pass or in main blog when I submit a comment I see ::
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/madarsha/public_html/wordpress/wp-config.php:35) in /home/madarsha/public_html/wordpress/wp-login.php on line 123
……
And for comment page I got this erorr
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/madarsha/public_html/wordpress/wp-config.php:35) in /home/madarsha/public_html/wordpress/wp-comments-post.php on line 89
