Displaying users

Hoi,
I’ve read through the documentation over and over and can find no reference to this so I hope someone may be able to help.
Is there anyway to automatically display the list of users in the database perhaps including a list of their posts, comments etc….
At the moment it looks like the only way to do it is manually.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
