    I cannot make the html comment (<!– W3TC-include-js-head –>) work in order to place the minified js before the </body>.

    I read the following text in the FAQ page of the plugin:

    “When using Minify and JS/CSS placement, custom placement, the following tags are available[…]”

    …but I can’t find anywhere the “js/css placement” section nor the “custom placement” option.
