WordPress theme not working on outside computers?

I have wordpress 4.0 working on my Debian computer with a LAMP server set up, besides this and port forwarding im almost there, however when both my box computer and laptop are on the same wifi network, I can open the domain name on my laptop and it directs me to it and opens with no issues or error screens, however when the screen finishes loading is has a very old fashioned screen with everything aligned to the left, all the links in blue, almost as if the computer loaded too slow and it gets stuck on that awkward loaded but not properly page, is there any way to fix this? On my computer when typing on localhost or the actual domain name i have no issue but as soon as i type it into another device it always comes up with this. Any Help would be appreciated. Cheers
