[Revolution Slider] Build a header

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a way for my customer to build a header as in the attached file.

Customer will have as input : A picture, a quote, a Title, some text and date.

I’m wondering what is the simpliest way to do this, without looking to plugins I would make, in the admin part, 5 inputs (type text and file) for the corresponding elements with the right css.

What about plugins ? I’m looking to slider revolution, and it seems a little bit complicated for someone who do not understand layer, and html in the text part.

Do you think that there’s other alternative ? Or the revolution slider is the right choice?
