Scroll to location has does not work

    Hi.

    This is my site: http://typix.info
    The scroll to id on the homepage ist working great.
    My site is a one-page-website to scroll.
    But at the part “Unser Portfolio” I have one extra site for
    every portfolio element. When I am on these extra sites and
    I click on the navigation elements (the navigation bar slides out
    by clicking on the little icon on the right top) I come to the
    homepage but it only scrolls down t the hashtag the first time I try that. With every further try It scrolls down less.

    I have no idea what I could do to fix that.

    Can you test changing #team to #testimonials?

    Instead of using #team for the last link, use #testimonials (as it’s about the same place) and let me know so I can re-check.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I changed it. Now it seems that the offset value
    of the last link doesn’t work anymore?!

    Seems that it does have the same problem (the offset works but #testimonials has also a padding value). Is there a chance another script/plugin interferes with your page scrolling? I can see a script on the bottom of your HTML that does a similar scrolling with ‘Page scroll to id’ on the same links…

    Yes. I have a ESSL plugin installed. Now I diabled that second plugin
    but the links don’t slide anymore. They jump to the position. And the
    offset value is also not working anymore. What can I do?

    I think that your theme (or maybe some other plugin?) has some internal mechanism that does not allow ‘Page scroll to id’ events to trigger (at least in your menu items).

    I checked the page again and although ‘Page scroll to id’ click event is applied on the links and highlighting works, page scrolling and click classes do not function at all. This means that some script prevents clicking your menu links.

    You could try using ‘Page scroll to id’ on some other link in your content and see if it works.

    Hi. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. I tried to do it on the textlink
    on the portfolio pages named “zurück zum portolio”. Do have any idea how i could fix that problem or solve it in another way?

    Not really…
    Right now page scrolling and click events are handled by some other script (which might be another plugin or an internal script of the theme). The only thing handled by ‘Page scroll to id’ seems to be the highlighting.

    Ok Thanks for your quick reply.
    I have one problem with the highlighting.
    When I refresh the page, and click on the little icon on the right top
    and the menue slides out, the first two menu points (unser portfolio, wir über uns) are highlighted for 2 seconds. Is that a bug?

    I think it has something to do with the way the page loads and the plugin.
