Could you please post a link to your site so I can take a look? Generally you could change the height of the menu bar with some custom CSS.

You got a nice site there 🙂

You can reduce the height of the menu bar by reducing the top/bottom padding on your logo. Please try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin:

.site-branding {
padding: 40px 15px;
}

Reduce the first numeric value (40px) to what ever suits you the most. The number represents top and bottom logo padding.
