  • Which control panel are you using?
And which one is your main domain of your hosting?
Generally, you should delete website or un-map michaelleathem.com and add a domain pointer to http://www.michaelleathem.com. Since i do not know what control panel you are using, i can not give you a specific guide.

    Hi,
Im a novice here so apologies. My host company is 123-reg.
Latest update is i have spoken to them twice during the last two days. They now say they can see my new site at http://www.michaelleathem.com
Copyright at the bottom should say 2015. When i try to access it it still points to my old site. They say i need to refresh my cache. Im using Safari 8.0.2. Ive opened Develop menu and selected empty cache but i still see the old site not the new one:(

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks Ross thats very helpful.

Another update. ISP has come back to say they now agree there is an issue:

http://michaelleathem.com works fine and points to the new WordPress test site.

but http://www.michaelleathem.com still point stop the old site.

Strange. Now waiting for them to come back with a possible reason.

    Hi,

Thank you everyone for all your help. The ISP got it fixed this morning. i think it may have been the ISP cache as suggested earlier.
Anyhow up and running as test site for now.
    Many thanks,
    Mike
