Lightbox Effects aren't working (neither Pro Lightbox)

Hi,

I’m trying to create the gallery using lightbox effects and I still wonder why it doesn’t work. I’ve got installed most recent version of NextGen Gallery (2.0.66.37). I’ve also bought NextGen Plus (1.1.3) – just to see if there’s different behavior.

I went throuhgt multiple threads that are solving the same issue, but I wasn’t able to find the right solution. I’ve already tried to disable all the other plugins, cleared the browser cache, but the issue still stands. Following this advice, I played with the links in advanced settings, but again without any success.

Any suggestion or help is welcomed,
