anyone? I’m sure it’s not too hard but i’m stuck =)

A link, or at least the mention of what theme you’re using, would be very helpful.

If I must guess, I’d suggest you look in your current theme’s sidebar. That’s typically located at /wp-content/themes/YourThemeName/sidebar.php

I checked the sidebar, nothing is in there. I also checked functions.php.

I’m using a modified version of the cutline theme. Thanks.

hmm, in my sidebar I see “<h2>Recent Entries</h2>” but on my site it simply just says “Recent Posts”

Are you, by chance, using widgets?

I’d like to know how to change this too. Not sure about the OP but I am using widgets, and I can’t figure out where to change the title of the built-in “Recent Posts” widget. I’ve looked all over. Do I have to remove that widget altogether and put in an RSS feed widget instead with the RSS of my own blog?

It should be in the plugins/widgets/widgets.php file in line #950.

Moshu, you were absolutely correct. Thanks. Though, I edit in notepad and couldn’t gauge line numbers, but I did a “find.” I could have sworn I had already done that in that file.

Tip for Notepad: Ctrl-G = go to line number. 🙂
