removed location and map disappeared

I have two sites that are using the plugin. Today I removed one location on each map at http://classicrockcoffee.com/locations/ and on the bottom of http://www.classicrockcoffeefranchise.com … and the maps completely disappeared. No other changes were made. Please advise?
