Featured Image Section Not Showing In WordPress Admin

Hi there, I have the Genesis Magazine Theme Installed on 2 of my websites but the problem i’m having is, When I go to dashboard, posts, Add new the featured image section does not show on one of my sites but shows on the other.

Both themes installed are the same as one another, but I don’t understand why the featured image section shows on one and not the other. I have wordpress 4.1 on both websites and I’ve spent hours trying to find a solution for this issue. All I want to do one of the sites is to set a featured image, the very same as i’m doing on the other website.

Can anybody help me with this?
