Blog Subscriptions PopUp.

Hi,

Im currently using the “blog Subscriptions” jetpack widget to get users to subscribe to my blog.

Its working well but i would like to integrate a popup that asks people to subscribe when the visit the homepage.

I would like this to use cookies or similar to remember when a user has subscribed or opted out so it doesn’t pop up every time and i would like to to also add to the current subscriber database not create a separate one, is this possible.
