Cronjobs

Hi i often have issues with bps it blocks sometimes apps

now my cronjobs want work but i dont know why i get no log file 🙁 and no email is sending but the feature is on
so is there a test way
my used cronjob is from cpanel with code:
wget -q -O – http://xn--fremd.de/wp-content/plugins/wone/da-cron.php

i start it every 1 minutes
i chaged the adress
