    The theme in the first picture is a theme called Unite. The second theme is a theme I created.

    I’d recommend taking a look at the CSS of the Unite theme and trying to copy the way that ul lists are styled. It may be easier to copy and paste the CSS from another theme and then modify it from there.

    And ensure your theme uses wp_head/wp_footer functions in your header and footer files. From your screenshot, it could even be some missing stylesheets due to that.
