Multisite the best option???

    Hi All,

    thanks for your time. Im very new to wp and needed some advice please.

    We already have a website up and running for my bosses company. He wants to completely redesign the site. I’ve played around with wp, updating the old site etc so have a little knowledge.

    What do yo think will be best or how do i create another site from scratch, and once he’s happy with it switch the current site to the all new and improved one? Would multisite be best for this or is there another option?

    Multisite is not the answer for this. Depending on the hosting set-up, simply install another copy of WP in another folder and when your happy point the domain to the new location.
