Meteohub Plugin for WordPress (how to?)

I’m new to WordPress and I like to ask if you can give me an example of how to “manual edit” setup your plugin to use the all-sensors.txt file.
As your example picture at https://ps.w.org/meteohub/assets/screenshot-1.png?rev=884936 it does not match what I see.
These “MeteoData settings” I do not see in my wordpress plugin’s list.
Is there a way I can still setup that path to “all-sensors.txt” ?
