TinyMCE Strips footnote tag

    Hi Guys,
    Great plugin but as other posters have mentioned, the footnote tag gets stripped out by TinyMCE. This is not the fault of your plugin, as you’re probably aware by now, but I think it would be best if the plugin documentation provides information on this so that users don’t have to discover it “the hard way” …because what happens is that one can spend lots of time putting footnotes into a document only to have them disappear suddenly all over the place. Then it becomes a big search-and-debug project. I think I’ve solved the problem by installing the “Advanced TinyMCE Config” plugin and adding my footnote tag to the list but I’m not really sure that I’m out of the woods just yet. Perhaps others can chime in on this….
