I just recently upgraded my hosting plan to a new server. I copied all of the files from my wordpress directory from the old one to the new one. I then exported the database using MyPhpAdmin and imported it over to the new server.

Everything seems to be working correctly from the end-user side. The site displays correctly and everything. But on the admin side I noticed some glitches.

    1) I can no longer use the Rich Visual Editor. I don’t even have the option to activate it under users->You Profile.

    2) I also cannot add categories from that page. I can still create new categories by going to manage->categories and add them through there, then go and check it off when I post.

On my dashboard, I no longer see incoming links either.

I noticed that on the bottom of my browser I am getting javascript errors.

This is the one I get when I am on the dashboard page.

and I get 2 when I am on the post-new page.

    1 and 2

One of them says dbxmanager undefined, the other says error:object expected.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

    THanks!

    Fixed it.

For some reason all of the options didn’t export from my MySQL database the the wp_options tables weren’t exported correctly. I exported that table again, dropped it from my new database and reimported it and it solved the problem.
