Unfortunately what you need requires a lot of coding. I’m putting this request in my to-do list, so probably you’ll find it in one of the future plugin releases.
can i make some suggestions to possibly make things easier for you.

there is a plugin – which gives a widget – BuddyPress Members With Uploaded Avatars Widget

maybe you could use the code there – and tweak it for your needs.
It does introduce an entry for each user in the Usermeta table.
the entry looks like this
28114 7722 has_avatar 1
could you use this – to add this in the search profile.
