How to Implement on Multisite

Lets assume that I have a Google Analytics code that I want to put into the header or footer of each site in my network. Do I

1. have to put the code at http://www.url.com/sitename/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=header-footer/options.php in each site of my network?
2. Or since the first site in my network represents the root of my network, http://www.url.com/sitename/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=header-footer/options.php, do I place settings in here and it works for ALL sites?
3. Or are there settings at the network admin level to add > http://www.socialalerts.com/wp-admin/network/settings.php

I’d appreciate you letting me know.

Might you consider making the next version multisite compatible? Or at LEAST adding the multisite instructions into your documentation?
