Looks like the problem is with Mailmunch.
The same goes for me. I hope it´s a temporary problem.

Everything is gone still.
All I have is: No Forms Found — Create Your First Optin Form
I reset my password on my mailmunch account and everything came back.
Hmm. Did you have to sign in again after resetting your password?
Yes I signed in again and the optin forms came back.
Just FYI, we found the bug which signed people out and have fixed it. Please upgrade the plugin.
