• Hello everyone πŸ™‚

I’ve had lots of wordpress blogs in my life, and I always used /%postname%/ as a custom structure to my permalinks. I only changed at wordpress dashboard, that’s all, and it always worked. Until now.

I was writing a few new posts at 2am this night, and then I scheduled a few and went to sleep. This morning, about 11am, I was editing a post and noticed that the permalink generated was that ugly one with the page id, the number. When I went to the dashboard to see if there was something wrong with my %postname% code I saw it had changed back from “custom structure” to “post name” on its own. Then I selected “custom structure” again but when I clicked to “save changes”, IT HAD CHANGED BACK “TO POST NAME”.

Is it some kind of bug? It’s driving me crazy here. I already tried in another browsers, but the result was the same: as soon as I changed to “custom” and saved, it changed back to “post name”.

What do I do? I didn’t change anything, I was only writing posts and it started out of nowhere.

    Thank you already.
