Picklist Values Not Populating In Salesforce

We are using WordPress-to-Lead for Salesforce. While testing, all fields are populating in Salesforce except for the values related to our picklist. From the website the web visitor can see all of the picklist values. But no matter which picklist value is selected, the values are not showing up in Salesforce.

On the backend, we enable this field, made it required, selected “picklist” and inserted the picklist values on separate lines in the large text field to the right of “labels”.
