Site redireciton gone wrong

    I had my site on URL my-site.net/blog/. my-site.net was just a blank page saying that the site is under construction.
    Now when I finished my site, in wp preferences I changed my site url from my-site.net/blog/ to my-site.net and suddenly when page refreshed I got 404 error saying The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server..
    Now when I go to my-site.net/blog, I get HTML page of my site, and when I go to my-site.net I got same blank page saying that the site is under construction.

    Now I can’t find wp login. How can I fix this?
