Hi, first of all, thank you for this wonderful plugin. What I want is that the admin (teacher) can book a recurring appointment with all the service providers that are ‘Parents’ ( a user role I’ve created which has >100 users).

Is there a way that I can create a group of service providers so that the teacher can book an appointment with all the ‘Parents’ that are in that group?

    Hi @nimsrules,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

To handle recurring Appointments you can sync Appointments+ plugin with Google Calendar on the following path

Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> Google Calendar

Ad described in the following thread.

    http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/temporary-recurring-appointment-work-around#post-780571

Currently Appointments plugin doesn’t support creating group of service providers but you can integrate it with our MarketPress plugin using the Appointments “Appointments in product cart” add-on that allows to book multiple appointments at a time.

The Appointments “Appointments in product cart” add-on is only available in the following pro version of Appointments plugin and not in this lite version of Appointments plugin.

Please advise if you have more questions.

Thank you for the response. Would you kindly suggest me a workaround for the ability to schedule an appointment with a group of users which doesn’t involve MarketPress? I don’t want to make the system too complex.

    Hi @nimsrules,

I will moved this over to the features & feedback section in our system. This way it can be considered for future development depending on what other community members think about the feature request.

Currently you have to develop custom code to achieve it but it’s out of scope of support that we provide. If you are not a programmer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you.

Any other issues/questions, we’re here to help 🙂

    Thanks,
    Vinod Dalvi
