Hi Frederic,
I Googled around a bit and found this dated yet relevant link:

Hopefully this will help you. I will Google around a bit more but wanted to quickly throw you a life preserver. 🙂
P.S., Also, please do have a look at the following link. Then, if possible, share any other info you have regarding your situation. Thanks in advance!

I am also wondering. Has this always been an issue with your site OR is this issue something new? And, if the latter, can you recall the last thing you did with your site such as switch themes, add a plugin, modify the WordPress core code?
The reason I ask is, like most other issues on WordPress, it might be a good idea to deactivate ALL your current plugins as well as switch back to the default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Fifteen) and test to see if you’re still having the issue. If not, then the issue most likely is caused by one or more 3rd party products (i.e., theme and/or plugins) and/or modifications made to the WordPress core. On the other hand, if after returning WordPress back to its default state, the issue persists then you might want to reach out to your web host and see what they say.
I believe it was htaccess related blocking auto update plugins
