Presales questions

Since I cannot determine much about your polling software from your site, can you please me how much of the following this plugin would accomplish?
I need simple polling which:
• Allows me to intermingle the polling with non-polling material. For example, if I have an online magazine, an authenticated reader might read an article and then be willing to answer two questions about the article. Presumably, these answers should be recorded at once in case the reader does not continue. However, after answering the first two questions, the reader might then read another article and answer another set of questions based on the second article. Is this sequence of article and questions, article and questions practical with your software, and would there be a single survey or, in my case, maybe 80 separate surveys, sometimes with more than one survey on the same page?
• I can put anywhere on my site, not just in posts.
• Can apply to specific choices that I present as admin and where the voting applies only to these choices, as opposed to an entire post or article.
• Allows me to hide the vote totals so as not to prejudice the voting.
• Comes with a template or table that displays vote totals from voting throughout my site. That is, totals from all the questions should be rolled up into a scrollable page that I can place anywhere on my site.
• Does all the processing on my site instead of requiring the user to link to your site. Since the polls are in multiple locations on my site, I would not want the user experience to become sluggish as the result of constant back and forth linking from my site to yours.
• Attempts to prevent a user from voting multiple times on the same question (i.e., cheating) by monitoring the IP address or username and password required for my site.
• Implements up the above via settings and shortcode instead of making me write code or scripts that are beyond my technical abilities.
• Allows the user to enter a short string as “other” if the enumerated choices that are given are incomplete or not of interest.
