regarding HTML minification; you appear to have “Keep HTML comments” on?
regarding optimize CSS delivery; you can try either “inline CSS” or “inline & defer”. there’s no “best” option really, it depends on your context & the amount of effort you want to invest. there’s more info in the FAQ on inlining & deferring CSS.

well, I see comments in the HTML, so … you can check the AO config-page, 2nd option “keep HTML comments”.

I found this link in my header.php file. Could I somehow fix this by storing the font on my server or something?
Done! I removed the Google fonts line and my score shot up to 94/100 for Mobile and 95/100 for desktop!

I installed Autoptimize for few days specially because of “defer parsing of javascript” that GTMetrix says. your plugin really worked for that. I have W3 total cache too and as you suggested I disables Minify setting in it and use your plugin’s HTML, Javascript and CSS optimization. and here are the changes before Autoptimze and after that:
Recommendation before after
Defer parsing of JavaScript 55 100
Inline small CSS 78 84
Inline small JavaScript 92 100
Optimize the order of styles and scripts 100 85
Avoid CSS @import 100 85
and some other minor differents. Page speed score didn’d change and steel is 79% (I have always bad points on my images).
My Total number of requests came down from 87 to 49 and that’s huge, thanks.YSlow Grade growth from 81 to 88%.
I didn’t run PageSpeed Insights before the plugin but now I checked that and you can see the results for my website: http://www.tamtaragh.com

I didn’t enable Force Javascript in head and looks for scripts in head becaause it cause “DEFER PARSING OF JAVASCRIPT” in gtmetrix! and didn’t enable look for styles in head,deffer CSS loading and inline all CSS.
where is the problem?
regarding jquery on googleapis’; AO does not aggregate external JS (i.e. on another domain).
regarding CSS:
* the fonts googlepapis: same remark as for jquery
* jckqv_styles; AO only aggregates static CSS-files (i.e. whatevername.css), which this is not.
* the 2 autoptimize CSS-files; have a look at the FAQ on how to make CSS non-blocking

defer is not that simple, but you could try to “inline all css”.

I’m wordpress stupid and it took me a while to figure out how to use Autoptimize plugin (specifically using the inline and defer CSS option).
However, I still have 2 blocking CSS resources

I’ve noticed that PowerMan572 had similar problem and he wrote back to you that he removed the google fonts line and that shut up his Mobile score… however I’m missing your advice as how to do that.

the upcoming AO 2.0 will have an option to remove google fonts, but for now you can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-google-fonts/ which is supposed to do the same (haven’t tries it myself though).
