REQ: Full Image Handling Plugin!

    I’m trying to track down a plugin that will do the following:

    – Add width and height tags to all images in posts
    – If width is beyond a specified value, resize it to that value, with automatic linking to the larger image
    – Otherwise no link

    Anyone know of one that will do those?
