Getting Unauthorized Message when trying to login

I am not even sure how to figure out what version of WordPress I am using because I cannot log in!
Everytime I go to my log in screen now, I get the below message. I may have tried to login with the wrong password too many times. This happens after clearing cache/cookies, tried different browsers, even different computers. Why is this is hard? Please help. Thanks.

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
