How to translate wordpress string?

Hello!

I am using your plugin but i don’t know how could i translate some strings.
If you visit this page, you can see that there’s a small menu on the right with a possible selection “select month” and “december”.

And if i click on December, this is what i get:

Is there a way to translate these parts?
I can’t find it…
