Title bar editing

    Hi!

    I am using theme twentyfourteen and having an issue.

    How can I edit the title bar at the top?

    I would like to edit it so it is similar to this one at wordpress.org with the showcase, themes, plugins, etc menu buttons under the logo and the search box.

    I have looked all through my dashboard and can only find a way to edit the title…
