Place likes.dislikes anywhere?

If I have an online magazine, can I insert your like/dislikes in the middle of an article? I would like the “voting” to apply to a specific question that I present as Webmaster, as opposed to the entire article or an entire post. For example, “Obama . . . Like/Dislike.”

Do you also have a pro version and for how much?
