Claydell Media Theme not responsive

    When looking at the demo of the Claydell Media theme, it is indeed responsive. However, when I look at my website on my Android phone, parts of it are not responsive. The header and top navigation are responsive, but the content and sidebar areas are not. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong? The URL is http://192.185.21.15/~helsley/
