111: Connection refused

I use omn many site BackWpUp without problem.
Today I installed it on http://www.ecuriesdebedes.com and I had this error when I tried to launch a job: and I receive this message (I translate it from french)
“Test HTTP reponse is an error: 111: Connection refused”

What’s the matter?
