Localization on Menu

Hi there ,
I’m new in wordpress and Php . I don’t know how to change location of it on menu . I also want to show offline status on menu too .
This is how it looks like when my steam is on .

My menu navigarion
-Kanal on Air
—Sub1
—Sub2
—Sub3
—Sub4

I want to show it like

-Live or offline
—Sub1 —Sub1
—Sub2 —Sub2
—Sub3 —Sub3
—Sub4 —Sub4

First thing I need to learn how to navigate it .
Then I also want to show on menu when stream is offline and make it a category on my menu.
