Hello,
I love the theme! I also have the same issue with the menu not working on the mobile site. When will it be working?
Thank you!
Hi Eljan and Stan, can you share a link to your site? I’m struggling to replicate the problem here. Also what mobile phone are you using?
hello, this theme is really nice.
I also had same issue.
and I found how to resolve it.situations is…
top menu is empty.
nav menu has 3 items.issues.
Mobile nav menu didn’t show up.Easiest way to solve this, add one more item to the top menu.
I faced this problem when top menu is empty.looks like /wp-fanzone/js/navigation.js was causing this.
/wp-fanzone/js/navigation.js, line 30-37
// Hide menu toggle button if menu is empty and return early. if ( 'undefined' === typeof menu_top ) { button_top.style.display = 'none'; return; // <-- this will cause the problem when top menu is empty } if ( 'undefined' === typeof menu ) { button.style.display = 'none'; return; // <-- and this too? }thanks.
Hi All, FYI – I’ve submitted a new version to the repository which addresses this issue. Hopefully it will be available in the next couple of days.
Hi,
I seem to be having issues with the mobile view though I have the latest version of this fantastic theme. The menu is not displaying {mobile view}, rather it brings a “toggle” button which still doesn’t reveal the menu after being clicked. Kindly help with this. I will prefer a solution that doesn’t require coding because I’m poor at it…but wont mind if its the only option. Thanks
Hello !
Same issue with me: http://www.judo-vsg-fribourg.ch works fine on my computer, but impossible to display the menu…
Thanks for solving this!
Hi Mark,
I checked, and I installed the latest version. And I’m working with a child theme.
The “toggle” button is perfectly displayed on my browser, ever if i’m not using any top menu. However, there’s no reaction when I’m clicking on this button: impossible to show my menu…
Any issue to this?
Thanks in advance!
Hi Marc, can you tell me what plugins you are using? I can see the problem on your site but have not been able to replicate locally.
My menu works well on mobile, but I’d like to know how to hide the submenu tabs ?
Exemple:
On the website:
Menu 1
submenu 1
submenu 2
Menu 2
submenu 1
submenu 2On the mobile:
Menu 1
Menu 2Tks <3

@jennmaye that would require some customization of the mobile styles (more than I can get into here). I recommend you find a local developer to help with that.
Hi @marcdecroux, that’s a lot of plugins 🙂 I presume they are not all active?
Can you try deactivating your active plugins just to test if that “fixes” the problem? If it does then we know it is related to one of the plugins and you’ll be able to narrow it down by activating them again one by one until the problem emerges again.
If deactivating the plugins temporarily doesn’t “fix” the problem then you can enable them again and we can rule out plugins as the problem.
Hi Mark,
I desactivate every plugins: the problem’s stille here. I browse my website with both Chrome and Safari, reducing the page width until the “menu button” appears: no reaction when I try to click on it… I try with another website, same situation but another theme, and everything is running…
So it must be something in the code of the plugin, I suppose…
I hope you can find a solution!
Good luck and thanks….
Hello!
Still no issue for my problem? Can you re-open this topic? I posted something on the forum, but no answer until now…
Thanks…
