Password recovery link

We have a problem with the link to the password recovery page, which cannot be found on our site: finncham.com.hk. The plugin has been updated to the latest version. The link sent to email to the recovery page is http://www.finncham.com.hk/myaccount/(the individual link). It has not been modified by us.

All help is geatly appreciated, thanks!
