Heartbeat control – which is "best"

I just learned about “heartbeat”
in WP and that it can eat up CPU
….and, that there’s an app for that 😉

which of the two plugins is best?

It appears that most of us are
either unaware of the issues or
don’t care since there are soooo
few downloads

there is https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-heartbeat-control/
and this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/heartbeat-control/

I will appreciate some feedback from
