httpss added after .com during checkout
-
I’ve never seen this error before with Woocommerce and I’m hoping that one of you can help me figure this out.
When someone tries to place an order on my client’s website, it attempts to connect to a weird URL. It adds httpss after the .com and hangs for a minute or 2 and then does nothing. Once you hit the Order Review button again, the payment screen comes up and the customer is able to pay.
Has anyone ever seen an error like this before? Any ideas on what may be going on and where I can look within Woocommerce to fix this hanging issue?
Thanks in advance for your reply and assistance. Happy Holidays!
