Go to edit the post that you want it to be 0.
Scroll down to the bottom that says custom fields.
Look for “views” and change the value to 0.

Deactivate the plugin then delete the plugin using the WP-Admin -> Plugins page. This will trigger an uninstall.
Re-download it and install it again.
Since my blog is in Spanish, when I first installed the WP-PostViews plugin I changed the English word VISITS —that appears on top of all posts indicating how many visits that post has received— by the Spanish one VISITAS.
Due to HostGator complaints (my blog was blocked) I deactivated that plugin, but several days after I activated it back and it seems to work fine. Last week I played with some other responsive themes (mine is not) and when coming back to mine I noticed some abnormal thinks that ar affecting the WP-PostViews plugin results. For instance,
1) Recently posted articles appears in Firefox immediately after been posted but not in Chrome, Opera or IE. In those three used to appear next day or later.
2) I have a widget for the last published posts, and no matter what browser I use to visit my blog, whenever I open the first post that appears in that list, it disappears from the list, and the second one take the first place. That error used to last 1 or 2 days, but even afterwards, the first post shows up number of visits but the others don’t.
3) The recent posts number of visits is 0 (please, see HERE) even though it’s OK in the Admin > All published posts list.
I’d like to fix all these errors, but if the one related to the number of visits on top of the posts (not the one in Admin > All published posts list) cannot be fixed I’d like to delete it.
What should I do to achieve that?

Your 1 and 2 has nothing to do with WP-PostViews. As for point 3, this plugin is not meant to work with a caching plugin.

I’ve been using the WP-Super-Cache plugin AND the WP-PostView one for years and no problem at all. Someone, but not me, changed something somewhere and, for instance, even though I was able to change the word VISITS and put VISITAS instead, the word VISITAS doesn’t show up anywhere in the WP code but is still present at the top of all the posts.
Using the WP editor I found last night in SINGLE.PHP the line of code responsible for showing up VISITAS, and I deleted it. That change took effect in Firefox immediately, but now, 26 hours later, Chrome, Opera ans IE are still showing VISITAS.
WP updated automatically its program version to 4.1.1 some days ago, and they are maybe the “someone that changed something somewhere”.
